The General Terms and Conditions of Alphabet Store Online Shop are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (Zvop-1) and Consumer Protection Act against Unfair Commercial Practices (ZVPNPP). Alphabet-store.com is an online store operated by Minuta d.o.o., Ulica Pohorskega bataljona 101, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. a provider of e-commerce services, and is responsible for all content, advertising and prices on the website alphabet-store.com (hereinafter referred to as the Provider). The Terms and Conditions examine the operation of Alphabet-store Online Shop, user rights, and the business relationship between the provider and a customer.
Registration in Alphabet Store online store is not necessary, all needed information for delivery service can be given during the purchase process.
INFORMATION ACCESIBILITY (abstract of the legislation)
The provider is bound to always provide the customer the following:
– The company`s identity (name and place of business, registry number),
– Contact addresses, enabling fast and efficient communication (e-mail, phone),
– The essential information on goods or services (including after-sales services and warranties),
– Product availability (each product or service offered on the website should be accessible within a reasonable period),
– The conditions of product delivery and execution of services (mode, place and time of delivery),

PRODUCT OFFER AND PRICING
Due to the nature of online business Provider`s offer is updated and changed often and quickly.
All prices include Value added tax (VAT) unless specified.
Prices are valid at the time of the order.
Prices are valid under payment conditions stated below.
Despite our efforts to guarantee the latest and most accurate information it can occur that the pricing information is false. In the case that the article’s price changes during the order is processed, the Provider obliges to allow the consumer to withdraw from purchase.
Delivery costs are priced separately
Alphabet Store enables the following methods of payment:
- Through Paypal
- With deposit on Provider’s bank account
- With cash when delivered
The provider issues an invoice on a durable medium, with a breakdown of the costs and a notice to the customer on how to withdraw from the purchase and return the product, if necessary and possible.
The purchase agreement (order) is electronically stored on a server accessible to the provider and the customer, at any time on his user profile (My profile).
1. Order confirmed
Two hours after receiving the order, but not exceeding 48 hours, the Seller shall review the order, check the availability of the products, and confirm the order or reject it specifying the reason. The Seller reserves the right to call the customer to his contact telephone number, if necessary. Upon confirmation of the order, the Seller informs the customer by e-mail, about the estimated delivery time. The purchase agreement between the customer and the Seller is irrevocably concluded at this stage.
2. Order dispatched
The Seller packs the purchased goods and dispatches them within promised time period, informing the customer by e-mail or phone about the shipping details. In this communication the Seller also informs the customer about the return policy, how to act in the case of delivery delay and in case of withdrawal from the purchase agreement.
Provider issues the bill with all costs broken down. Consumer is notified about possibility of contract withdrawal and return of payment in Terms and conditions.
Consumer is obliged to check the validity of their information before confirming their purchase. Later submitted objections regarding billings are not taken into account
Coupons bring many different benefits while purchasing on Alphabet Store. They are time limited. Coupons can be found on our website, newsletter, or other media we use. Amount of your purchase has to be at least 1 € higher than the amount of the coupon.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURN OF GOODS
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods (first good, in case of multiple packages). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consumer has to notify the Provider about the withdrawal on the e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. In case of withdrawal of contract the consumer has to return the product on the adress of the Provider: Ulica Pohorskega Bataljona 101, 1000 Ljubljana. Return of the products in the specified time counts as a message about contract withdrawal.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you. Without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, in original packaging with all accompanying documentation. In case the returned goods are damaged, in modified quantity or in non-original packaging, no refund is possible.
The only cost that consumer holds is the cost of returning the product. The product has to be returned in 30 days after withdrawal of the contract. Refund will be done as soon as possible, at the latest it will be done in 14 days after the message of withdrawal from contract. Refunds in cash are not possible. In case that coupons were used during purchase they are seen as discount and will not be returned to the customer. Consumer only receives the amount of money that they paid.
Provided enables the consumer guaranteed satisfaction on the product Alphabet Burner that can be bought in packages Burner Basic, Burner Favorite and Burner Advanced. This means that the consumer has a right to return the product if they are not satisfied with the purchase. Provider will return the whole amount of money.
Conditions to receive paid amount back are:
- Returned empty package of Alphabet Burner
- Bill as confirmation of payment in Alphabet-Store
Provider commits to return the whole amount to the consumer on their bank account in thirty days after receiving the returned product.
Contractual partners for delivery service are Pošta Slovenije and GLS d.o.o., but the Provider has the right to choose another delivery service if they can complete the order more efficiently.
Costs of delivery are paid by Consumer, they are paid in fixed costs of # € disregarding the weight and value of the order.
Provider obliges to send the products as soon as possible. Expected delivery time is # days it can take longer if circumstances change. If consumer doesn’t receive the product in # days they should notify the Provider as soon as possible on email@example.com.
Provider uses technological and organizational means to protect transfer and saving of personal information. For these purposes it uses SSL certificate, which was given by authorized organization.
SAFETY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
The provider legally binds oneself to permanently protect all personal data. These will be used exclusively for sending information material, offers, invoices, conducting their own research and analysis, and other necessary communication. User data shall in no case be handed over to a third party.
The provider can contact the customer through means of long distance communication, unless the latter specifically does not want to.
Commercial electronic messages must include the following elements:
– to be clearly and unambiguously marked as advertisements,
– the sender must be clearly visible,
– various campaigns, promotions and other marketing froms, must be labeled as such; they should lay down clear rules of participation in them,
– the user`s request not to receive promotional messages should be respected.
RATINGS AND OPINIONS
Opinions, ratings and suggestions that users submit are part of functionality of the e-store and are intended for the community of all users.
Provider enables all users to write their opinions on the page. Before they are finally published on the page they are checked by Provider. Alphabet Store will not publish any submissions that are offensive, inappropriate or by the Provider’s opinion don’t hold any value to the other users and visiters.
DISCHARGE OF RESPONSIBILITY
The provider tries with all might to ensure promptness and accuracy of the data published on their web site. However, the nature of items, their availability and price, change so rapidly that the provider can fail to correct the information on its website. In this case, the customer will be informed of the changes and allow cancellation or replacement of the item ordered. The provider is not responsible for the content of opinions on their items, written by visitors. The provider screens opinions prior to publication of reviews and rejects those that contain obvious untruths, and are misleading or offensive. The provider is does not answer to the information in opinions, and is exempt of any responsibility derived from the information in opinions. All products photographs are symbolic and do not guarantee the true properties of the product.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
The provider respects existing consumer protection legislation. The provider is obliged to establish an effective system for dealing with complaints. In the event of problems, the customer can contact the provider by phone or email. Complaints can be filed via the mail firstname.lastname@example.org or by writing a letter to the company. The provider will confirm that they have received a complaint within five working days and inform the customer on further inspection of the case. The provider is aware that the essential characteristics of consumer dispute, at least as far as solving the case, is disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute. That is also a major reason, as to why the consumer does not initiate legal action. Therefore, the provider uses their best efforts to resolve any disputes amicably.
